X/Y (left/top) coordinates required or is there another way?

It seems that the menu product relies on putting X/Y (left/top) coordinates to tell it where to render on the page. My site has some variable content that moves the page up and down a little depending on whether you are logged in or not - or even if we have an ad displayed up top or not. Is there any way to anchor the menu to a table cell instead?

Thanks for the help!

Yes. See http://www.milonic.com/tablemenu.php

Quick desription: You move *only* the main menu items into a table, leaving all styles and submenus behind in the menu_data.js file. Then you set the menu items as "position=relative".

Read the link for detailed instructions. Hope this helps.

Is there anyway to offset from the relative position?
