i have this case:

http://www.sector1online.de/mrs

for example click on the top menu: home, kontakt etc. and then on the left menu: die stifterung, die vorstand etc. and you can notice that both the menus seem to be active, i mean the buttons are red. That is because if i click on home, then home is opened in the main frame, and if i click on die stifterung, then home remains still red, and die stifterung is opened in the main frame, and its button is red. How should or can make the two menus in different frames communicate in sort of way one with each other, so them to know when to disable the buttons or not?

Thank you so very much,
Michael.

I don't see where you are using the Milonic DHTML menu system. It is early here, but it appears you are using Dreamweaver menus.
