Trouble with menu system on only a few pages

I am having trouble with the menu system on some of the pages. On the pages where it is having a problem the menu items that have other items below them only match the background color.

It works on the page http://furnace.i-lan.ca/forum/ and doesn't work on http://furnace.i-lan.ca/.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm sorry I don't understand the problem. Are you talking about the highlighting? The page and off colors are the same.

Code:
offbgcolor="#333300";
offcolor="#ff9900";
pagebgcolor="#333300";
pagecolor="#ff9900";

It's not the highlighting. When you go to the first page you can see that some of the menu items are black and some are brownish. When you go to the second page they are all brown. I do want them to be all brown on the first page.

Hi

yes, can see it. Main menu items with a submenu show a different background color.

I did not go into details, just had a look on both menu data files, they are identical, it seems. Suggestion: Try tu use identical css files as well.

Hi,

yes - of course, it should always be noted : setup of hardware and

Browser:FF or IE, sometimes I am using even Opera
Monitor / graphics interface etc. 32 bit

When the monitor is set to, let me say 32bit, colors are certainly different on display vs. 16bit or 24bit !!

Michael

.........but for happy new year it is certainly 3 days too early.
hope you had a merry xmas.

They actually both refference the same src file, and css files. I am really lost on this one.
