dynamically changing menu text

Hi again guys, new question for you

My site currently uses 2 languages and should go up to about 5 very shortly here and I use 2 menus. All of my language content is changed dynamically using PHP and I was hoping that I would be able to do the same with the menus without having to have 10 separate .js files.

So, in otherwords, is there a way to grab the link texts from a .txt file or using a fancy variable or function or some other term I dont fully understand?
